What South African families say

Feedback from households who found their helper through Trusty Hands.

“We needed a nanny for a four month old and were nervous about the whole idea. Trusty Hands sent three candidates, all of them properly checked. Nolwazi has been with us for two years now and our son adores her.”

Priya N.Umhlanga

“I called on a Tuesday and had two interviews arranged by Thursday. The helper we chose still works for us three days a week. Straightforward, no runaround.”

Dean M.Westville

“My mother refused to move into a home. The caregiver they placed comes in every weekday, cooks her lunch and keeps her company. It gave our whole family peace of mind.”

Sandra K.Kloof

“Our first placement did not work out and they replaced her without any argument. That is what convinced me they are serious about the service.”
